The International Film Fund (IFF) is an investment fund specializing in senior debt financing for the global entertainment industry. We provide accredited and institutional investors with a low-risk, fixed-income alternative, ensuring 10% annual returns.

Unlike traditional speculative film investments, IFF’s lending model removes market volatility by securing capital with liens over catalogs, equipment, real estate and copyright mortgages over IP and scripts.  We ensure recoupment via pre-sold territories and tax credits. We operate as a secured debt provider, ensuring priority repayment before any other stakeholders.
